Ranks

Ranks denote the command status of each individual soldier within the Singapore Armed Forces’ (SAF) hierarchy. As the SAF is a military organisation, a clearly established chain of command is important for tasks to be carried out efficiently. Learn to recognise the ranks in the SAF.
