Physical Employment Standard (PES)
For pre-enlistees enlisting before October 2027

If you are enlisting before October 2027, you will continue to receive a Physical Employment Standard (PES) status after your medical screening. You would have attended your medical screening before end-June 2026.

PES D (Only applicable to pre-enlistees) | Temporarily unfit for grading and pending further review If you have been graded PES D, it means that more time or tests are required to determine your medical fitness.
